Nathaniel McKenzie, MBA, CPA, CFE, CVA, CAM

Nathaniel McKenzie Managing Partner has been a leading provider of forensic accounting services   for  25 years. He has served as an expert witness as a forensic CPA in domestic, contract, and other litigation matters . He has also assisted businesses involved in shareholder or domestic disputes. Nathaniel is also a former fraud investigator with Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. 


Michael Post, CPA 

Michael is a  Senior Consultant at  McKenzie Forensic Group. He has been qualified as an expert in New York. Michael has personally represented  clients in litigation and consultation engagements including, civil and commercial litigation, business valuation, commercial lease audits, fraud Investigation and compliance auditing.


Robert Neal, CPA, CFE, Senior Consultant

Experience in Financial Reporting, Analysis, Forecasting, Budgeting, developing and implementing Internal Control policies and procedures, Operational and Financial Statement Audits, Public and Private Entities engaged in various Commercial and Service activities. Solid inter-personal skills, and the ability to promptly respond to Management and Client requests, and interface with Audit Committees. Major core competencies include, but not limited to the following functions:


Stephanie Johnson, Executive Director

The Director of Accounting in all accounting and financial functions. Timeliness and accuracy are key to the success of this role. Primary responsibilities include supervision of the monthly close processes, monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, franchise fee reporting, quarterly and annual tax reporting and overseeing the annual financial audits.

The Accounting Director isl also a part of our team that creates and implements policies and procedures to identify, resolve and document accounting issues in addition to creating procedures to make the reporting process more efficient and accurate.


Natalie Craig, Executive Director Restructuring

Natalie is friendly, engaging, and absolutely fun to work with. She has a knack for taking different tax issues and simplifying them by thinking beyond our questions to determine what impact the subject matter might have on our business. She’s very good at preparing our taxes on time, even when we run behind in getting our information to her. We truly appreciate that.

When we decided to become a Subchapter S Corporation, Natalie was proactive in pointing out all the benefits as well as explaining how the process is different from being a C Corporation.  She walked us through requirements so there would be no surprises along the way.

She’s adaptable and flexible and takes the time to understand the business.  When she makes recommendations she takes into account the complexity of the business, not just how the business works, but also the culture of our company. Norman Chung, Forensic Accountant

Norman Chung works to a “no surprises” mantra. He prides himself on being friendly and understanding, facilitating open communication between clients and his team. To achieve ultimate transparency, Norman encourages people to walk in their clients’ shoes to see possible solutions through their eyes.


Melvina Peters, Quality Control

Melvina Peters is Consulting’s Forensic Technology Services practice leading E-Discovery services.  A  with 15 years of experience, Melvina advises organizations and clients on e-discovery solutions that address case management and big data challenges.

 Melvina is experienced in litigation and investigative matters involving product liability, IP litigation, unjust enrichment claims, corporate investigations, class actions, fraud investigations and bankruptcy.  She also has significant experience in information governance, data analytics, as well as, digital forensics and cyber investigations.  Leading large scale domestic and international projects, she works with clients to design and execute a range of e-discovery methodologies, conduct internal investigations, manage multi-district litigations, as well as draft and develop strategy for discovery protocols and “meet and confer” conferences.


Cory Post, Senior Auditor

Cory Post has over 21 years’ experience in external and internal audit and assurance with expertise across ASX listed companies, large proprietary companies, not-for-profit entities, state and local government organisations and sporting associations.


Todd Crammer, Computer Forensics

Todd is a digital detective, harvesting and analyzing evidence from computers, networks and other forms of data storage devices. In his role as Sherlock Holmes, he will pit your wits against the bad guys, investigating traces of complex cyber crimes.
